Kenny James Presley, born December 9, 1964, is a native of Gleason, Tennessee.
Kenny, however, grew up in North West Tennessee, where he started singing
gospel music at the age of 7.
Kenny remembers as a small child growing up, hearing the man he thought was
his father telling his mother, Barbara Rushing, during their occasional
arguments, “Kenny is not mine, he belongs to Elvis”.
Because of Kenny’s love for music, he started seriously pursuing it at a very
young age. He formed his own band and performed his first live show at the age
of 12.
Kenny, for most of his life, has always maintained a profession outside the music
industry. But because of popular demand, he continues to perform at private
events as well as concert halls.
Kenny James Presley has since played all across the country in various Casinos
and Clubs. Kenny has also had the privilege to play with musical artists such as
Collin Raye, Trace Adkins, Jamie O'Neal, Tracy Lawrence and Allison Krause.
Kenny James Presley has had the privilege of playing with the fabulous
Jourdanaires, DJ Fontana and has created great relationships even with people
inside Elvis Aaron Presley’s close-knit circle.
Kenny James Presley hopes to be able to share his talents with the whole world.
